Terms and Conditions of Online Sales

Explanation of Terms
'We' and 'our' and 'ourselves' refer to Ibex Software. 'you' and 'your' refers to
you the customer whether you are the actual person who will use the software or
a company purchasing software for resale. 'product/s' mean the items purchased from
IbexSoftware.
Payments With Credit or Debit Cards
We process transactions through a secure site and payments are verified by Authorize.net
and RegSoft.com on our behalf. We do not hold any credit card details.
Delivery Timescales
Delivery timescales are given in good faith and we will use our best endeavors to
ensure delivery is made within the published timescales. If for some reason we are
unable to deliver within 30 days we will contact you to agree another delivery date.
If we cannot agree a date new date then you have the right to cancel and receive
a full refund.
Complaints
If you do have a complaint relating to your online purchase please contact us and
we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
